Plattinum Training offers a 60-minute functional training adult class that is built on consistency and bring out your inner athlete.
You'll train the same muscle groups on the same days each week, so you know what to expect going into the workout. While the structure stays the same the workout evolves each week to keep it fresh and challenging preventing plateaus.
